Returns & Refund Policy

At Jurassic Ice Cream, we take great care in making and delivering our ice cream. Because our products are frozen, perishable food items, we have specific rules around returns and refunds.

Frozen Food Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of ice cream once it has been delivered or collected. This is because we cannot guarantee the product has been stored at the correct temperature after leaving our control.

For food safety reasons, returned ice cream products cannot be resold.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives:

• damaged,
• incorrect,
• missing items, or
• not in suitable condition,

please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

• your name and contact number
• a description of the issue,
• photos of the packaging and products (where applicable).

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Delivery Issues

Our ice cream is packed using appropriate frozen packaging designed to maintain product quality during delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or failure to receive the delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order or that a suitable safe place is selected where available.

Cancellation Rights

Because ice cream is a perishable product that requires frozen storage, cancellations may only be accepted before your order has been prepared or dispatched.

Once your order has entered production or dispatch, we may be unable to cancel it.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before ordering. Please contact us before purchase if you have any questions about ingredients or allergens.
